Work like an Ant

Once you learn how to SOAR like an Eagle, now you must learn how to work like an Ant. Here are some tips we can learn from an ant. Proverbs 6:6 says "Go to the ant and observe her ways"

1. Self-motivated- Ants does not need someone to watch over their shoulders, they are self-motivated. We must become self-motivated, take the initiative and proactive.

2. Support others- Interestingly, ants have two stomachs, one for themselves and one for others. We must develop apart of ourselves, where we are eager to help others.

3. Strategic- We must learn how to work smarter and not harder. We need to be strategic of how to work around obstacles and not be affected by things around us.

4. Synergy- Ants have mastered how to work as a team. They don't allow themselves to become isolation. We must learn how to work as a team in order to become more effective an productive.
