We are almost finish in discovering your purpose. The next step is to find an "Empowered Word" to describe how you would like to help others. Here are some key words to choose from;

Motivate
Encourage
Impact
Nurture
Challenge
Serve
Comfort
Influence
Equip
Revive

The word you choose has to be focus on how you want to help others change for the better. Remember you cannot change anyone, but only be the instrument to help them change. If you come up with other positive centered words, please add on to the list.

The next question in Discovering your purpose is;

3. What is your message? What would you tell the target population.

(i.e. I would tell them that they can succeed in their life, they can overcome any obstacles they are facing.)

Now since you have reflected on the first question, now let's move to the second one. The second question:

2. Which target population is your passion directed? (i.e. children, adults, Seniors, youths, professionals, inmates, non christians, third world countries, etc.)

Everyone has a target population where they have the most compassion. Reflect and write your target population.

In the latest blog, I shared some insights about the importance of knowing and living out your purpose. Now I am going to share how to discover your purpose. Remember, you purpose cannot be given to you by man, but only discovered. I will be sharing five key questions over the next few blogs. Please take time to write down and reflect on these questions. The first questions is:

1. What's in society that burden or grieves you? (i.e. poverty, child abuse, illiteracy, ignorance and injustice)

Purpose, Purpose, Purpose??????????? You see it everywhere. Everyone on earth will one day come to a point of asking; "What is my purpose?" I will share several blogs helping you to discover your purpose. Here are four insights on purpose:

1. Purpose is the compass to direct you to your destiny.

2. Your purpose was the raw material to create you.

3. Only when you activate your purpose, you really start living.

Time of Reflection

Why is so important to take time to REFLECT? Reflect means to bend back and trace your steps to see where you are and to determine where you're going. If a person does not reflect, they will end up where they do not want to be and blame someone else for it.

I want to encourage you to take some time and answer these Reflection questions;

1. Are you fulfilled in your life? Do you enjoy what you do for a living?

2. Do you know your purpose? Do you really know why you exist on this earth?

3. What is one of your biggest dreams and what is preventing you from fulfilling it?

4. Are you making progress, being productive in your life or are you just standing still, wondering around?
