Destiny's TEAM
In order for you to enter into your destiny, you must first form a team. The reason for the team is for guidance and motivation. You will need four types of people on you Destiny's TEAM:
Target focus-This type of person helps you to stay focus on the target. They will keep you focus and not allow you to get distracted.
Encouragement-This type of person helps you to stay encouraged. They will be by your side every step of the way. They will listen to your problems and concerns. They will be your greatest support on your journey.
Assist you-This type of person helps you by being your hands and feet. They will help you complete the small and big tacks. They will do whatever is needed so you can keep moving forward.
Measures your progress-This type of person helps you to stay on track. They will help you complete deadlines and make sure you are staying productive. Don't be offended by this person, they are only trying to help you from procrastinating, or getting sidetrack.

Work like an Ant
Once you learn how to SOAR like an Eagle, now you must learn how to work like an Ant. Here are some tips we can learn from an ant. Proverbs 6:6 says "Go to the ant and observe her ways"
1. Self-motivated- Ants does not need someone to watch over their shoulders, they are self-motivated. We must become self-motivated, take the initiative and proactive.
2. Support others- Interestingly, ants have two stomachs, one for themselves and one for others. We must develop apart of ourselves, where we are eager to help others.
3. Strategic- We must learn how to work smarter and not harder. We need to be strategic of how to work around obstacles and not be affected by things around us.
4. Synergy- Ants have mastered how to work as a team. They don't allow themselves to become isolation. We must learn how to work as a team in order to become more effective an productive.

Soar like an Eagle
Eagles are fascinating creations. Here are four behavioral traits we can learn from.
1. Association-Eagles only associate with other eagles. When they are paired up, they are paired up for life. We need to make sure we are associating with people who want to soar and not sulk.
2. Altitude-An eagle can soar up to 10,000 feet. How can they do this? There feathers are very light, but very strong. In order for us to go to the High Places, we must first rid ourselves of heavy burdens and cares.
3. Appetite-an eagle doesn't eat just anything, a Bald eagle eats fresh fish. We need to eat fresh things, like positive and life-ful words. Refrain from "Dead food" like negativity, complaints, excuses and words of defeat.
4. Aim-The eagle has two sets of eyelids; one is for preventing any distraction from hindering their focus and the other one is for keeping their eye moist. We must develop a strong sense of focusing and not allow things or people to hinder us. We must also manage what we are viewing with our eyes.
